Platinum Health Supplies are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider, offering an extensive range of products, with our aim for customers to have access to the best possible resources and support.

Important to note, for all NDIS orders, an invoice is issued and payment must be made before the order is sent. Fill in the online order form below for assessment and confirmation by our Customer Care team.

Payment is taken or an invoice can be issued

Invoices are issued to your Plan Manager

Invoices are claimed by us through the NDIA Portal

If Self Managed, orders can be placed through the website and you can sign up to our customer portal to later access order history. Orders can also be emailed or phoned through to our Customer Care team.

For Plan Managed participants a
Biller Authority Form must be completed to ensure transparency with funding and your Plan Manager.

Platinum Health Supply can claim directly to the NDIA through the NDIA Portal with a completed
Service Agreement Form.

For Support Providers and Coordinators, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Short/Medium Term Accommodation (STA/MTA) providers, our customer portal for businesses allows for multiple users and addresses under the one account. We can arrange a consult with one of our account managers to discuss streamlining ordering and further options.
